Emily is a little upset that we won’t see Nano till September. She keeps pointing at her hand (where she gets the stamp). She can now say toes in Spanish, but not English! Ha!
I was having a bad day and Lexie said to me “mummy are you ‘triste’?

Olivia loves Spanish class – I can’t believe how much she’s picked up – she is constantly saying Spanish words to me at home!

Your classes are amazing. I can see Mia is enjoying them so much and gaining from them a lot.
Despite neither me or my husband being Spanish, my 18 month old has loved this class for the past 4 months.
Lots of singing and dancing with plenty of interaction and activity. To my surprise she has picked up lots of words and can do the actions to many of the Spanish songs.
I think this class is fab for general language development and has really enhanced her confidence.
The Nanos Spanish class is really great. My 15 month old has a great time singing, dancing and painting all while learning a few words in Spanish too.
I’d recommend it to anyone who wants their kids to learn a foreign language in a fun and engaging way.
I was delighted to discover Nanos when I first moved to the area in the summer and was even more delighted to meet the lovely Josefina who runs it and of course Nano. The sessions are the highlight of mine and my two and a half year olds week which take place in the clean and light filled room in Earlsfield library.
Josefina has a way of making these sessions fun, creative and enjoyable for parents too and my daughter is picking up more and more Spanish each week. They are just the right length so the little ones manage to stay focused throughout and Nano’s presence helps involve those shyer toddlers who are just getting started. My daughter is starting to remember the songs in spanish and I am always impressed at how Josefina manages to keep every class slightly different, whilst keeping it repetitive enough so the children remember what we did the week before. Could not be happier.
My 2 year old son loves these classes and so do I :-). The classes are lots of fun and really keep the children interested.
We have both picked up a lot of Spanish very quickly. Thank you!
Josefina is brilliant.
She teaches Spanish in a way that is really fun and age specific.
My 3 and 5 year old both attend classes and love it. I thoroughly recommend Nanos to everyone.
Josefina makes learning a language fun.
My 1-year-old son and 3-year-old daughter love the songs and activities and,
after a few weeks, my daughter had picked up quite a few words and was singing the songs to herself in the bath!
My twin boys (16 months) really love going to Nanos,
it’s not only fun and engaging but a fabulous way to introduce a second language.

Nancy

Hi! Do you have any spaces in your Monday morning class at Its a Kids Thing for Lara? Two of her friends come along and I hear it is highly recommended.
Just wanted to give our verdict on this class! I’ve just been with my two children and thought it was brilliant. Josefina is so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about how to teach (lots of experience of teaching and linguistics), with songs and activities to keep the little ones interested.
I’ll definitely be taking my two back there and would definitively recommend it to Spanish and non-Spanish speakers alike.
